(1) Whether the installation of the hydraulic pump is accurate and reliable, whether the screws are tightened, and whether the coupling installation meets the requirements;

(3) Whether the steering of the pump is consistent with the oil inlet and outlet;

(4) Whether the safety valve of the hydraulic system is adjusted to the specified pressure value.
 

2. Matters needing attention in the operation of hydraulic pump

（1）Do not start at full speed abruptly when starting. The prime mover should be switched several times in the unloaded state of the system before continuous no-load operation. The purpose is to remove the air in the pipeline as cleanly as possible.

（2）No-load operation for 1-2 minutes without abnormal phenomena After loading, there should be no abnormal vibration, noise and leakage during the loading process, otherwise the machine should be shut down immediately for inspection and analysis, and troubleshooting.

If the pump is not used for a long time, drain the oil in the pump and fill it with oil with lower acid value. Coat the exposed processing surface with anti-rust oil, and seal each oil port with screw plugs to prevent dirt from entering.
